Where are my gallery photos?
To find your Google Photos in the Google Photos app:
- Open the Google Photos app on your device.
- Tap the “Photos” tab at the bottom of the screen to view all of your photos and videos.
You can also access your Google Photos online by going to the Google Photos website (https://photos.google.com/) and signing in with your Google Account.
If you can’t find certain photos, you can use the search bar at the top of the screen to look for photos by keyword or date. You can also narrow your search by album, location, or other criteria by using the filters on the left side of the screen.
If you accidentally deleted a photo from Google Photos and want to get it back, it may be in the “Trash” folder. How to get to the Trash folder:
- Open the Google Photos app on your device.
- Tap the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen to open the side menu.
- Tap “Trash” in the side menu.
- Tap the photo you want to recover.
- Tap the “Restore” button.
Note that deleted photos are permanently removed from the Trash after 60 days.
